The Manager of Luxury Brand Talent will report directly to the Senior Director of Luxury Brand Talent. They will support the ongoing development, implementation, and sustainment of global talent programs for our brands with a focus on supporting Marriott International's Luxury Group. In addition, the individual may also contribute to project work for other Senior Directors on the Brand Talent team who support other segments. The Brand Talent manager will own and drive workstreams within larger projects, cascaded from the Senior Director of Luxury Brand Talent. The scope of this work crosses Marriott Brand and Continent organizations and will require working with key internal stakeholders across the globe as well as external vendors.

ROLE DETAILS Talent Solution Analysis & Development Collaborate with members of Brand, Operations, HR and Learning teams to develop project plans for Brand Talent deliverables. Manage portfolio-wide analyses and share data findings. Evaluate individual brand and Luxury Group needs, understanding business priorities and organizational dynamics both near-term and long-term on behalf of the client. Provide support and assistance in ensuring all presentations and materials reflect the Brand tone of voice, with clear, concise and compelling writing and visual design. Organize and participate in project meetings as required. Communicate with relevant teams to connect luxury brand initiatives in other parts of the organization with similar goals, and alignment with other talent and technology roadmaps. Project Management Serve as a key point of contact for assigned projects with accountability for managing the end-to-end processes (design, development, communication, delivery, measurement and sustainment) Highlight and manage project dependencies, raise risks as appropriate. Partner with Sr. Director of Brand Talent to support medium and large talent initiatives and own workstreams within those projects. Infuse innovation and creativity into the solutions being crafted and ensure the best possible solutions are brought to life in a way that reflects the Brand tone of voice and key Brand priorities. CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
4-year degree from an accredited university 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Brand, Marketing or other related discipline, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance. Luxury hospitality or other luxury industry experience preferred. Additional Requirements. Successful candidates must:
Maintain a team-first attitude and be focused on designing and implementing innovative solutions. Have excellent PowerPoint skills and can create thoughtful and visually engaging presentations. Have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of executing flawlessly. Have strong project management skills (such as tracking project details in Smartsheet, utilizing Excel, managing action items, meeting recaps, etc.) Be comfortable with multi-tasking, able to shift gears as priorities shift and can handle planning several events while managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously. Be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders in order to foster trust and influence decisions. Have the ability to work with both a high degree of independence and in a collaborative environment. Have prior experience in identifying and managing customer & client needs and creatively approaching solutions.
