About Us: AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the center of globally acclaimed cities.

Chicago Location: Our Chicago location was designed to showcase a historic restored factory from 1902 in River West, close to the West Loop. The space has been given a new lease of life and is now part of the magical AIRE atmosphere.
The Role: To guarantee and implement the actions and processes necessary to ensure that the facilities are in perfect condition for the enjoyment of clients and employees, helping to provide the client with an unbeatable experience through the condition of the site and client service, following the protocolsstablished by the Company's regulations and those of the Authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintenance activities Perform Locker, Laundry and cleaning activities. Carrying out the cleaning and sanitation processes established in the
company's protocols, in a timely manner, both in the client area under
their responsibility and in the employee area and offices.
Ensuring compliance with the tasks assigned in the " task chart". Participating in the proper functioning of the Centre's internal
laundry, ensuring that textile products are delivered in the appropriate
condition and in accordance with company standards. Promoting the proper use of the facilities, products, and tools that the
company makes available to employees, proposing improvements in their
use. Client experience Guaranteeing the wellbeing of clients, ensuring their comfort, providing them with the necessary products available and ensuring that the facility is in a perfect condition of tidiness and cleanliness for the reception of the clients. Follow the procedures regarding customer experience, greetings, and AIRE protocols. Collaborating with other departments on special client situations and requests in order to provide the best client experience. Assisting clients with queries and questions they may have about the experience, and providing any help they may need in order to enjoy the experience. Using the AIRE communication style in all interactions with clients. Other: Any other activities or responsibilities assigned, within their scope of duties Who You Are: Prior experience in hospitality, spa, or gym industry, preferred. Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with great organization skills. Able to stand for long periods. Bilingual in English & Spanish, preferred.
