Hotel Night Auditor

Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. If you are looking to start a career in the hospitality industry and want a position that can grow with your skills and natural talents, apply now.Responsibilities:Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit processCompile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel managementEnsure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the propertyDelegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as requiredComplete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requestedQualifications:Overnight shift; requires flexible hoursFront desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not requiredGreat communications. and excellent customer service skills are requiredSome college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is requiredMust be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonusAbout Company:At the junction of Routes 62 and 140, this laid-back Best Western Crater Lake Highway White City/Medford hotel is just three miles from the TouVelle State Recreation Site and six miles from the Crater Rock Museum.
