As a High-End Catering Bartender with 12th St. Catering, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional beverage service at upscale events and gatherings. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails that complement the event theme and menu offerings. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of beverages, glassware, and equipment. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless beverage service experience. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Collaborate closely with other members of the catering team to ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and skill development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender in high-end catering, luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or similar environments. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails, with a passion for mixology and beverage craftsmanship. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele. Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering impeccable service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
