Responsibilities Dark Compute Platform Development: Lead the design and implementation of our secure, low-latency compute platform. Architect and optimize dark pool infrastructure for scalability, security, and performance. Analyze performance of various approaches and contribute to industry benchmarks. Product Strategy and Market Fit: Collaborate cross-functionally to define product requirements and roadmap. Translate technical capabilities into market-driven solutions addressing customer needs. Hiring Strategy: Assist leadership in developing a hiring strategy for the cryptography team, potentially utilizing platforms like Twitter for outreach. Ideal Profile Strong product orientation with a keen sense of market opportunities and customer needs. A high degree of familiarity with multiparty computation, zero knowledge proofs, and Trusted Execution Environments. Deep knowledge of cryptography and distributed systems, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable blockchain solutions. Targeted experience in zero-knowledge proofs and cryptographic protocols, preferably in the context of financial applications such as dark pools. Proven track record of translating technical innovation into successful market-driven products. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence strategic decision-making.
