Experience: Proven experience as a hairstylist/barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry Proficiency in retail sales techniques, with a strong understanding of upselling strategies to promote salon products and services Advanced skills in hair styling, with in-depth knowledge of various techniques, cuts, and trends Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
