Job description: 
As an experienced graphic designer you will own the creation and maintenance of our marketing assets and content created to support the product and other marketing goals. From concept through execution, you will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints. We love independent thinkers who are prepared to take on new challenges in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
 
Responsibilities:
Design and create assets in collaboration with marketing team members to support our lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and retention activities via blog articles, landing pages, social media assets, and more.
Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
Create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in our posting on social media, our blog, email, and other channels.
Creation of  assets for our website that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.
Manage other print and digital design needs such as visuals, illustration and animation for presentations, sales enablement kits, display and printed ads, and event material.

 
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree focused on Graphic Design or similar education
Past experience (at least 3 years) as either an in-house designer or at a marketing agency
Strong portfolio with relevant work examples (please attach it to your application)
Experience designing for a content management system (like the HubSpot CMS)
Flexibility, very good organizational skills and team spirit
Good and effective communicator with very good German and English skills

Nice to have:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a major plus.
Knowledge of the fundraising industry
