As the Global Program Manager for Continuing Education at Micron, you will oversee the Global Continuing Education Program, including the global processes, as well as administer the program in the US. In this role, you will benchmark comparable industry offerings and recommend updates to the program. You will work with educational institutions to ensure accessibility to employees and identify continuing education options to meet employee needs. Additional responsibilities will include forecasting and securing class needs, including class logistics and hosting instructors. Advise all team members on qualifying and applying for educational assistance programs, as well as refer them to educational resource opportunities. This role will also require the ability to manage a global program with the need to understand the details required for the program to function well.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Function as Liaison between Team Member and University

:Assist team members through Micron's CE enrollment process
:For hosting off:campus courses, negotiate course times, schedules, and course/program needs with local colleges and universities
:Proctor exams for online courses
:Provide reports, proposals, and options for Executive review
:Coordinate communication of enrollment periods, program changes, schedules or events
:Facilitate Education Outreach Programs and Events
:Evaluate available opportunities for education outreach
:Plan and coordinate appropriate programs and offerings
:Communicate and market programs and events

Administer Continuing Education Program

:Manage education assistance process for all team members for repayment/forgiveness
:Maintain program process documentation
:Coordinate On:Site College, University, or other Continuing Education Classes
:Coordinate Continuing Education Program contracts with legal and purchasing
:Perform needs analysis for new course offerings
:Schedule rooms for courses and instructor work space
:Host contracted instructors and provide needed support
:Administer student badge program for non:employees attending on:site courses
:Identify potential candidates within employee base for adjunct professor pool

Minimum Qualifications:

:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR
:3 years' experience in the following:

:University/college educational programs
:Human Resources/Employee Relations or related field
:Experience with learning management systems and program management
:Demonstrated project management skills, including ability to think independently, track many details and logistics concurrently, be flexible, and juggle priorities for multiple ongoing projects with minimal supervision
:Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills; ability to foster positive relationships with diverse personality types of staff and supervisors
:A commitment to working in and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment at the Institute
:Strong written and verbal communication skills
:Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong MS Office software skills : proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
:Ability to work evening and weekends as needed
:Ability to travel within the local area based on business needs
