Why Ian's Pizza? Minimum Guaranteed Wage of $16/hour: At the end of the pay period, if your base wage ($12.50/hour + $2/hour additional for any time after 10pm) and tips have not averaged to at least $16/hour, we will pay the rest. You are guaranteed to earn at least $16/hour minimum, but you certainly can make more than that! A Front of House Counter Server typically averages $16-$20/hour, but can earn up to $25/hour on a busy shift. Tips are paid at the end of each shift, and all other wages are paid on your paycheck (biweekly). Front of House Counter Server Job Duties and Expectations You're biggest priority is to serve customers! You'll take salad orders and prepare them; take slice orders and finish the bake; and ring people up at the register. Cleaning, keeping things stocked, answering phones, and entering orders is also a big part of the FOH. You will be busy the whole shift, and your teammates will be there to help.

Front of House Counter Server Scheduling 9-5 is a Dolly Parton song, not a job at Ian's! Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing time. Most people work a mix of shifts (open, mids, dinner, closing).
Garver (3241 Garver Green) current hours are Sunday-Thursday 11am-9pm and Friday-Saturday 11am-10pm . Schedules at Garver are posted for 2 weeks at a time.
Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends! If you are applying for our State Street or Frances Street locations, availability for at least 1 weekend shift and at least 1 late night shift (10pm-4am) is required. If you are applying for our Garver location, availability for at least 1 weekend shift is required.
Part-time (anything less than 30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.
