Perform various steps of flexible printed circuit board manufacturing while following established SOP's, holding quality and safety in the highest regards, and operating with good manufacturing practices and principles.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
This is an air-conditioned facility with many pieces of equipment that produce heat. The following are potential items encountered: fumes, dust, noise, hazardous/toxic chemicals. Appropriate training is provided and documented based on job placement that complies with OSHA and EPA regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience or willingness to learn one or more of the following PCB departments: Imaging, Wet Process, Lamination, LPI.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Attention to detail
Able to follow written and verbal instruction
Willingness to embrace Lean Manufacturing Techniques
PREFERRED JOB SKILLS
Experience in working under ISO environment
Chemical Handling experience
Strong computer skills
Knowledge of flex/rigid flex manufacturing
Ability to read technical/dimensional drawings
Experience in writing standard operating procedures
Knowledge of lean concepts
