ABOUT THE ROLE ????? We're seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and decision support functions.
In this role, you'll:
Assist in maintaining, building, and managing forecasts and models, ensuring accuracy and repeatabilityWork cross-functionally with key business partners on revenue forecasting, expense/headcount management, and ad hoc analysis.Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial variants, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)You will use various BI tools, ERP, and other systems to perform ad hoc analyticsABOUT YOU ?? You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative fieldYou have 1-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis or a similar fieldYou have experience manipulating and analyzing data setsYou have an understanding of GAAP and accounting principlesYou have experience with an ERP or ERMYou have strong Excel skillsYou're organized, super self-driven, can deliver and have a "get stuff done" attitudeYou enjoy being part of a team and believe in standing together: We're a small, fast-growing team, and everyone needs to pull for each other, share best practices to make the entire organization betterFinally, you can have a bit of fun with us along with way.
