Financial Advisor

Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust is looking for a Financial Advisor to join our team! This position will be responsible for providing relevant, reliable, and timely information to key stakeholders in a consistent manner while maintaining the highest ethical standards and modeling our core values of: Passion, Innovation, Collaboration, Achievement, Accountability, and Inclusion. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field highly desired but not required for individuals possessing at least 5 years of successful sales experience. A minimum of 3 - 5 years of investment management or private wealth management experience is preferred. Background, experience, and the ability to create value are also strong considerations. Series 7 and 66 licenses required and/or required within six months of hiring with no exceptions.
