Join our dynamic team as we grow and succeed together! We're seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Sales Team Developer. In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales force, fostering growth, and achieving our revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Empowerment through Coaching: Develop and empower our sales team members by providing them with continuous feedback, personalized coaching, and sharing best practices to enhance their performance and professional development.
Building Sustainable Sales Pipeline: Take charge of cultivating a robust and sustainable sales pipeline to ensure we meet and exceed our forecasted revenue targets consistently.
Market Insight and Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by closely monitoring competitor products and industry trends. Provide valuable insights and feedback to drive our product development and sales strategies.
Efficient Pipeline Management: Utilize Clari and Salesforce to manage and optimize the sales pipeline effectively. Maintain a structured pipeline and forecast cadence to keep our operations running smoothly.
Strategic Go-To-Market Planning: Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for assigned territories, demonstrating confidence and strategic insight to drive success.
Collaboration and Partnership: Foster strong collaboration and partnerships with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Sales, Account Executives, Regional Directors, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and maximize results.

This position may offer advancement to a higher level based on the candidate's experience and demonstrated capabilities.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 53,000.00 184,000.00 Per Year
