Job Description:
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect specializing in the Supply Chain domain. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing systems and processes that directly contribute to business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into technology solutions. Develop roadmaps for implementing architectural changes and improvements aligned with business objectives.
System Architecture Design: Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies. Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices for system design and integration.
Integration and Interoperability: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of supply chain systems/processes. Identify opportunities for data sharing and real-time visibility across the supply chain network.
Governance and Compliance: Develop and enforce architectural standards, policies, and procedures for supply chain systems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy, and security requirements.
Optimization: Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for optimization and automation. Design and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Technology Evaluation: Research and assess emerging technologies to enhance business goals. Make recommendations for technology adoption based on scalability, interoperability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain alignment on priorities and initiatives. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solution Design Oversight: Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and provide support for system upgrades and migrations.
Team Development: Mentor other architects and provide technical leadership. Facilitate training sessions and technical updates to ensure the team's continuous growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
Experience with supply chain systems (e.g., Manhattan Active, BluJay, Dematic)
Proficiency in cloud-based supply chain solutions
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics
Experience with integration technologies and standards (e.g., API, EDI)
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as robotics and automation
Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills

Our Company is an equal opportunity employer. The recruiting pay range for this position is $171,000 - $195,000, with potential for modification based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
