Responsibilities:
Deliver on multiple projects simultaneously, independently, with limited oversight of management with a focus on Energy Provider clients
Supervise project teams, effectively delegating tasks, managing quality of team?s work product and monitoring progress to ensure successful completion that meets target deliverables
Carry out substantial business analyses, research, write complex reports and generate sound and progressive client deliverables.
Manage day-to-day client relationships and expectations on project engagements
Keep key internal and external stakeholders informed on project updates
Provide subject matter expertise to clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s or Master?s degree
5-8 years energy industry and/ or strategy consulting experience, with significant project management experience is required
A true team-player, with strong interpersonal skills
Leadership skills ? ability to lead project teams, manage client situations, identify follow-on project opportunities and eager to develop people manager skills
Commercially oriented approach with a desire to grow further in this respect
Ability to maintain and enhance long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and generate opportunities for others within the firm
Exhibit critical thinking, creative and strategic approach to problem resolution and solutions that meet client needs
Excellent presentation skills with a proven ability to translate and communicate complex analytical messages to non-technical audiences
A solid understanding of sales cycles, project profitability and ability to expand network and relationships with client
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, fluency in other languages is an advantage.
Ability to travel globally at times and interested in taking on longer term assignments at the client site or abroad
