Embroidery Machine Operator

Position Summary The Machine Operator is r esponsible for efficient production of quality products, including:
Responsibilities Independently sets up machine for specific job. Makes adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operation of machine. Produces quality pieces with image properly aligned and with quality imprint. Run one sample for approval before processing the entire order Threading the right colors at each needles Properly placing the plastic hoops on the garments Placement follow the embroidery specifications Verify the order number Make sure the right goods are being used Operates heat seal press Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Excellent hand/eye coordination. Ability to read, and interpret job orders. Ability to listen effectively. Ability to effectively convey ideas and information to others. Ability to count accurately. Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a range of practical problems. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Flexibility with work schedule; available to work overtime.
