Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities: Define project scope by meticulously reviewing bid documents and participating in pre-bid meetings. Conduct precise takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates to guide project planning. Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors as required, selecting the best partners for each project. Develop comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Actively participate in project meetings, providing valuable input and maintaining project momentum. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment. Prioritize safety and quality in all project activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Facilitate effective communication among team members and trade partners to optimize project outcomes. Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success. Previous experience in the electrical field is essential to understanding project requirements and challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, Conest, or McCormick. Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and client interaction. A team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated and dedicated to achieving excellence. In-depth knowledge of construction practices and methods, ensuring informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. URGENT!
