Electrical Engineering Internship

Job Responsibilities: Get exposure to different electrical engineering groups within Actalent Services Utilities Work on both green-field and brown-field (retrofit) protection and control projects Work with the following equipment: transformers, circuit breakers, line disconnects, protective relays systems (SEL, ABB, etc.), and SCADA systems Assist higher level engineers in reviewing substation construction drawings such as electrical arrangements, plan and section views, grounding, cable and conduit drawings, and other project documents and verify compliance with appropriate codes and standards Assist higher level engineers in conducting studies such as lightning protection, grounding, and equipment replacement and repair for substations About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
