Job Description As a core member of ServiceNow's global talent acquisition team, the Director, Talent Market Intelligence & Research will play a pivotal role in advancing our use of competitive talent intelligence to drive data-driven decision making across the talent acquisition lifecycle. This individual will lead a team to deliver regularly scheduled insights to the global TA organization, in addition to ensuring requests for research are responded to within agreed upon SLAs. Beyond providing talent intel, this individual will serve as a key SME on the application of talent market intel to create, enable and optimize our recruiting and sourcing strategies and talent "go-to-market" activities.
What you get to do in this role: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent market intelligence strategy and roadmap to further enable our data-led culture within global talent acquisition; apply a product mindset to all current and future offerings with a keen focus on end user experience and feedback 
Provide leadership and guidance to a global, high achieving team of talent market intelligence specialists
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders and team members to identify strategic opportunities for leveraging market intelligence and continue to enhance the function's "menu of services" to create clarity around capabilities and what is in/out of scope and feasible
Responsible for enabling the broader TA organization on best practices on how to analyze, synthesize and leverage talent market intel in strategic conversations with hiring managers and the business 
Partner and collaborate closely with ServiceNow's People Insights organization to regularly share research outputs, new tools/external research capabilities and identify additional areas for collaboration and partnership 
Synthesize complex information effectively and communicate concisely to stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
Constantly evaluate "tool box" of talent market intel tools and resources and make data-driven recommendations on new tools/capabilities - this includes identifying opportunities to leverage genAI across talent market intel offerings / tasks
Identify opportunities to further optimize team's processes and workflows, including opportunities to leverage the ServiceNow platform 
Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 10+ years' experience in one or more of the following: market research, economic/labor research or talent acquisition 
Experience in talent market intelligence – either within an internal TA/HR organization, research/advisory firm or executive search firm – with demonstrated experience creating scalable strategic intel reporting capabilities or knowledge management systems at scale 
Experience leading research projects that incorporate both quantitative and qualitative research with demonstrated experience contextualizing sources and research outputs 
Experience influencing critical decisions through data-driven storytelling/research 
Experience directly managing and leading a team with overall accountability for driving team towards shared goals and partnering with team members to further their individualized career aspirations and goals 
Global work experience with demonstrated experience working across a variety of cultures and an understanding of global labor market nuances 
Demonstrated experience and ability to build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
