We are looking for a senior product marketing leader who is customer-obsessed to lead our Network Growth go-to-market efforts in helping millions of consumers live a better and more honest financial life.The Network Growth Product Marketing team is responsible for Go-to-market inclusive of merchant segmentation, value proposition design and validation, packaging sales enablement material, scoping addressable market & path to scale, business model design, and partnership across product, revenue and analytics peers to execute.What you'll doDevelop a deep knowledge and affinity with our customers, their personas, and sub-segments.Build a vision for customer narratives and value propositions by having a keen understanding of merchant segments and their needsPartner closely with Sales and Client Success to understand and represent the voice of the customer in roadmap planning and go-to-market strategies  Consult with customers in partnership with Product Management and Sales to explore product and market opportunities.Lead and develop a team of Product Marketers to build and execute on GTM strategies to drive launch, adoption and continued growth of products, aligned to company and product KPIs Work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Sales to unify our narrative, amplify our strategy, and build more collaborative and efficient work processesDrive the development, execution, and delivery of thought leadership content for client advisory board events. Empower our Sales teams with playbooks, customer stories, competitive positioning and a strong feedback loop between sales and productCollaborate with Product Management, Sales, Client Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams to improve product rollout processes and better serve our customers. What we look forOverall 10+ years of experience driving go-to-market with strong emphasis on value proposition design and enablement in the e-commerce merchant payments space 5+ years experience managing product marketersDeep understanding of merchant segments and their e-commerce needs A passion and drive to change consumer finance for the betterA player coach mentality and drive to roll up your sleeves as well as lead your team to executeThe ability to lead a large decentralized group of cross functional partners from complex and ambiguous situations to clarity and focusData driven approach to hypothesis testingThe ability to absorb large amounts of information, distill key themes into actionable plans, and precisely communicate to a wide cross-functional audienceA get-things-done attitude to make your go-to-market and team successful.
