We currently manage and manufacture 6 brands to various B2B customer types and all of them are growing! We have already sold to most all the future 1000 type companies with literally no marketing efforts, now we want to launch it to the next level and beyond!

Job Description:
We are looking for a very talented, self-driven, multi-faceted B2B marketer.Your role will encompass overseeing and modifying marketing strategy for the company and daily tactics ranging from managing 3 people that currently qualify our incoming leads, digital marketing efforts, managing all of our media channels, planning, executing, and attending conferences, creating collateral, and implementing Hubspot or other marketing tools for automation tactics.
In-bound Marketing: We are looking for an amazing, data-driven, strategic inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of converting traffic into new quality leads for the business and nurturing those leads through the buying process with Microsoft Dynamics software with the help of sales leadership.
Email Marketing: Develop and track email campaigns including drip campaigns, client engagement campaigns, and leads nurturing campaigns using the 1,000?s of contacts in companies such as Boeing, SpaceX, General Mills, Loreal, Gojo and thousands of others that we have already sold to.
Product Marketing: Tell the world our story ?clearly!?. You will be expected to be our advocate, along with our product development, Sales, Manufacturing team. This includes email marketing to our client base, internally and beyond.
Marketing Operations: Work to maintain and enhance scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management in HubSpot or other tools. Leverage sales teams and internal departments as needed to achieve marketing/sales goals.
Conferences: Ownership of industry conference exhibiting to include all aspects of exhibit planning, execution, and follow-up. You will have ownership for booth design with leadership input, planning, ordering, pre- show marketing, and post-show marketing, as well as routing hot leads to sales.
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
Identify opportunities to increase company visibility
Develop content strategy and work with contributors on thought-leadership pieces.
Improve marketing automation workflows as needed
Report lead metrics to the company CEO
Plan and attend conferences as an exhibitor as needed
Oversee all websites, contents and strategies
Convert site traffic to marketing-qualified leads
Track and report on analytics data to identify opportunities for better conversion
Oversee social media strategy
Providing feedback to blog contributors, and editing content.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
Manage and collaborate with contracted graphic designers outside resources in support of your efforts
Create and manage Marketing Budget and Annual Marketing Plan.

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field
3+ years B2B marketing experience, healthcare experience targeting hospitals highly preferred
Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation (preferably HubSpot), and web analytics
Skilled in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content
Creative thinking with ability to make data-informed decisions
Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Experience using Adobe Create Suite preferred but not required
