The Director of Marketing provides corporate-wide leadership, leveraging marketing principals and strategies that helps guide and influence internal and external customers. The Director of Marketing will establish credibility through marketing in a manner that will optimize Faith Technologies mission and goals while resulting in outstanding customer service and growth of business opportunities. The position will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, both internally and externally, with emphasis with Faith?s value proposition and brand.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:Master's Degree in Marketing or Advertising/Public Relations
Experience:5 years of Marketing experience

or
Education:Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Advertising/Public Relations
Experience:10+ years of Marketing experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages and implements market strategy development to support business growth and innovation at both an enterprise and product development levels and advancing commercialization of products and solutions.
Conducts market research, develops, plans and implements short, medium and long-range strategies to support business growth and innovation at both an enterprise and a product/solutions level; including, but not limited to: business development support through professional sales materials and supplements for client meetings, human resource support for assistance with recruitment marketing initiatives and operational department collaboration for the professional development of communications and process tools.
Creates and maintains a premier, national brand with strategies to support growth and evolution.
Builds and leads a team of professional marketers and develops the leaders of the organization's future. Coaches and motivates direct reports/appropriate individuals to effectively perform; provides and allocates resources to create team successes; establishes milestones to measure results; provides clear direction and removes barriers to success and provides feedback, necessary resources, and open communication.
Oversees external communications in the likeness of proposals, collateral, website and web applications, public relations, social media, blog, and other social and technical communication mediums.
Provides leadership over brand standards through the creative implementation of tools, communication collateral and sales-based materials as it relates to consistent brand strategy and conveying a compelling message.
Maintains oversight of all public and private events to ensure brand and messaging is within the goals of the organization.
Balances a support and/or lead position with human resources and internal communications as needed as it pertains to program roll outs, messaging and program or process evaluations that support a growing organization.
Leads marketing research efforts as it relates to qualitative and/or quantitative research needs (customer engagement, employee retention, program satisfaction, concept testing, etc.).
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
