Job Description Organize, oversee, and continuously evaluate clinical experiences for clinicians to ensure general effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals. Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive clinical education programs for clinicians, incorporating insights from program assessment, feedback, and participation in the development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum. Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, licensing requirements, and best practices across all offices, actively contributing to the organization's compliance efforts. Oversee the preparation of orientation and clinical instructional material, orientation schedules, and maintenance of desirable clinical conditions to support effective education delivery. Maintain regular and consistent contact with staff, participating in teaching, advising, and recruitment and retention activities to foster engagement and professional growth. Maintain oversight on compliance with completion of clinical education distributed, ensuring all required education is completed within specified timeframes.  Provide leadership and guidance to clinical educators and trainers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical training experiences that meet the evolving needs of our healthcare professionals. Oversee and maintain student and new grad educational programs for nursing and therapy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with clinical leaders in local markets to identify training needs and develop educational programs that address market-specific challenges and opportunities. Stay informed about educational trends in healthcare, particularly advancements in technology platforms related to training, and integrate these insights into our educational programs. Ensure continued development and revisions/updates to clinical practice procedures based on evidence-based practices, supporting the delivery of safe and effective patient care. Provide oversight and support for final hire orientation content for both nursing and therapy, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all offices. Support the obtaining and updating of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for aides, therapists, and nursing staff, including the development of CEU opportunities as needed, to foster their ongoing professional development. Assist the AVPC group in rolling out new clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes, providing oversight and support as needed. Provide input for the annual budget for educational needs, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support the organization's educational initiatives. Represent the clinical education department on the education committee, advocating for the needs and priorities of clinical education and contributing to the achievement of shared organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical education roles within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of accreditation standards, licensing requirements, and best practices. Experience in program development and assessment, with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clinical leaders. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
