Job Description and Duties Under the supervision of a Staff Services Manager I, the Digital Print Operator II, is responsible for the completion of printing jobs that require the execution of a full range of complex operating commands and electronic manipulation functions. The incumbent performs the tasks needed to prepare, operate, and maintain a variety of digital printing equipment, including their finishing attachments. The incumbent also electronically manipulates documents for sizing, cropping, masking, shading, marking water marks, stretching, rotating images, merging files, mail merging, and manipulating colors. Various software applications and programs are utilized to complete tasks.

Employee works in a climate-controlled office with artificial lighting and fluctuating temperatures. Employee will be exposed to the various noise levels of reprographic equipment and may also be exposed to various chemicals used in maintaining equipment. Possession of a valid driver's license is required to operate a State vehicle. Overtime may be required during peak times in the evenings and/or weekends.
