We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will partner with our Graphic Design Specialist to create our Web Marketing Team led by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

You will be responsible for maintaining and creating new and engaging content for our online presences including, but not limited to: franchise websites, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Yelp, and various other digital outlets. Knowledge of SEO/SSO is a must as well as a creative and knowledgeable mind for content creation.

Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Design digital media campaigns according to business goals Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content for online presences such as websites, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Yelp and other local online pages. Continue to develop our SEO/SSO Work to improve our brand presence online Maintain and manage all our social media channels Meet with each offices Marketing teams on regular basis to create local content applicable to each market Suggest strategies and methods for improvement Create monthly analytic reports to track month to month progress Regularly track and get insights into competitors strategies Stay up:to:date with digital media technologies and latest trends

. Requirements: 2 years of experience as Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager or similar role Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Social Media for business, LinkedIn, and SEO/SSO 2 years of experience with visual communication methods Experience with content management Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success Critical thinker and problem:solving skills Team player Good time:management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field preferred Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus

Formal Education/Training:

Bachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:

This is a full:time position working varying hours between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs. Position will be based out of Hunt Valley, MD, but will require travel to our Pennsylvania offices on a regular basis.
