We are looking for a smart, energetic Demand Generation Specialist to manage the planning and operational execution of marketing campaigns. This role is the first of its kind at CentralReach, and you will be responsible for creating a new series of demand generation programs. The ideal candidate will be natural collaborator and problem solver who possesses a high intellectual curiosity and thrives in a dynamic and data:driven environment. This role will report to the Manager of Prospect Marketing and be closely aligned with our Sales organization to ensure consistent processes, systems, and reporting across all functions.

Key Accountabilities:

:Create and manage campaigns and engage in partnerships to attract qualified prospects with an intent to buy based on our buyer personas
:Assist in developing broader demand generation and new:sale prospect strategy
:Optimize and manage a seamless hand:off of qualified leads to sales professionals
:Manage relationships with third:party vendors
:Identify opportunities for organic and paid lead generation through online and offline advertising
:Monitor lead quality by thorough analysis and communication with sales and marketing team members
:Communicate status and metrics with transparency while identifying areas for improvement including increased ROI and reduced CPA
:Rigorous testing of marketing materials such as landing pages, messaging, and creative elements
:Report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities
:Strategic oversight of partner network and partner processes
:Develop strong relationships with sales to support partner referral leads
Desires Skills and Experience:

:1:3 years of demand generation experience
:Proficiency in budget management of campaigns and third:party vendors
:Proven ability to successfully manage and achieve goals/targets
:CRM experience is preferred but not required (Salesforce)
:Excellent communication and writing skills
:Positive outlook, passionate, and flexible
Nice to have:

:Experience in healthcare or a medical related field
:Experience in the technology sector, ideally SaaS

CentralReach was developed for Clinicians by Clinicians. The story of CentralReach begins at an ABA clinic based out of Pompano Beach, Florida. The companys founder, a practicing Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, was drowning in manual management of her clinic from scheduling staff and filing claims to reporting on clinical data. She decided that there had to be a better way to manage her operations so she could spend more time on what mattered most : working with her clients and patients. To help ABA practices focus on what they do best, CentralReach launched the first iteration of its EHR and practice management platform in 2012.
