Position Title: Data Analyst I
Duration: Minimum 12 Months

Hourly Rate: $20/hour on W2
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Description:
Full-Time Role: Monday to Friday, offering a flexible 4-5 day work week totaling 40 hours.
Interviews Required.
Hybrid Schedule: Manager will provide detailed schedule information during the interview process.
Core Day: Tuesdays require on-site presence, with an additional two days on-site as per worker's preference.
Daily Meetings: Mandatory 10:30 AM meetings for all on-site workers, with remote options available for off-site days.
Requirements:
2-5 years of administrative/analytical experience.
Proficiency in Intermediate Excel.
Typing speed of 10,000+ key strokes with excellent accuracy.
Attention to detail is paramount.
Submission of Excel and Typing test results alongside resumes is required.
Role Overview:
Data Conversion Analysts play a crucial role in transitioning item records from one IT system to another. Responsibilities include:
Ensuring accurate classification of items into noun/modifier categories and enhancing item specifications.
Collaborating with team members and utilizing Company resources to meet project deadlines.
Determining item existence in the destination system and either enhancing existing data or creating new item records.
Utilizing Company applications and web-based tools for data entry and reference.
Following directions from the Data Conversion Project Manager, meeting assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly/monthly basis.
Deliverables:
Proper classification of items with critical attributes and manufacturer information.
Inclusion of legacy data and relevant branch information.
Identification and logging of items requiring additional research.
Enhancement of existing item descriptions with additional specifications.
Meeting weekly/monthly KPIs as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Typing: 3 years (Preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
Database administration: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Longview, WA, USA, with occasional travel required.
