Entergy is seeking a reliable and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team and work from home in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Process customer orders and payments accurately- Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently- Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up to date- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Previous customer service experience is a plus
