Customer Service and Order Entry Representative We are seeking a customer service minded individual that is passionate about order management. We strive to have the highest quality in managing our customers' orders.


You will be working with cross functional teams and have autonomy to assist our customers. You will be working in a collaborative environment to ensure all customers receive the expected level of service.

What You'll Bring You must have strong PC skills in MS Office; JD Edwards (preferred) You must possess a strong customer service attitude; able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact You must possess excellent communication (oral and written) skills, and excellent phone skills You will need to demonstrate strong, accurate data entry skills You must possess good organizational skills with excellent follow-through Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Sennheiser, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $42,000 to $50,000 Total Cash Compensation per year.
The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses and program-specific awards. In addition, our company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
