Location: Jacksboro, TN
Compensation: $80,000 - $106,000 annually, with a 5% annual bonus. Relocation assistance is available.
About the Role: As a Customer Quality Engineer II, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing various aspects of customer administration with a commitment to exceeding their expectations. From field feedback analysis to proactive quality improvement initiatives, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for excellence in product quality and service.
Key Responsibilities: Engage in the planning phase of customer field feedback and warranty cost budget. Monitor and analyze field data trends, including perceived quality data such as star rating reviews. Regularly analyze and prepare reports on field feedback data, facilitating early failure detection. Collaborate with relevant departments to trigger actions for continuous quality improvement. Serve as a liaison to the Customer Service Department and sales team, addressing questions and feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as necessary to drive quality initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Quality) – Required Certification in Data Analysis – Preferred 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management – Required 0-2 years of experience in Data Analysis – Required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines promptly. Proficiency in FMEA, problem-solving methodologies, and contemporary Quality Management practices. Familiarity with Microsoft products; proficiency in Excel, Access, SAP, and data analytics tools desired. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in challenging and high-pressure environments. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
