The successful candidate provides direction and assistance to meet the On-Time delivery of each order and satisfy internal and external customer requirements. In this role, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and have the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the following: Coordinate product deliveries between four production sites worldwideDevelop and foster relationships with customers, account managers, and project managersReceive and resolve and/or escalate customer issues and inquiriesMaintain a customer focus while working in a fast-paced numbers driven environment.Meet and/or exceed all customer requirements in addition to departmental metricsEmbrace full "wing to wing" ownership of all commercial operations transactionsUnderstanding and knowledge of complex commercial terms, incoterms and ability to support point of contact to ensure execution of contractual termsAssist the warehouse pull parts and take inventoryPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's Degree from an accredited college or university (from an accredited school or institution strongly preferred5-7 years of experience in sales or customer care experience in oil & gas, power, heavy equipment, or automation & controls) preferredExcellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills including telephone communication and active listening requiredStrong administrative and organizational skills requiredAbility to respond to unplanned situations and circumstances requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications requiredExperience with SAP preferredCompetencies:Safety focusedService-orientedBusiness focusedA self-starterDependableStrong teamwork skillsResults oriented Sense of urgencyCooper Machinery Services is an equal opportunity employer and gives all qualified applicants consideration of employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, any other characteristic protected by law.
