Job Description:
Entergy is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a customer care role. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, and possess strong people management and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email communication.2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Process customer orders and manage customer accounts accurately.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues.5. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Entergy's products and services to effectively communicate with customers.6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer care strategies.7. Manage customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer care.
Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in a customer care role.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.5. Experience with CRM software is a plus.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
