Job Description:

Humana is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Care Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level role with a minimum of 2 years of experience, the Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Assist customers with inquiries, problem-solving, and providing product information.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals.7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.2. Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers.3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle high-stress environments.5. Proven track record of achieving customer service goals and targets.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Must be motivated, resourceful, innovative, and adaptable.
