Responsibilities
• Train across all main functions related to restaurant general operations• Front of the House(Cashiers and Food-runners): Interact with customers, handle payments, deliver food orders, and ensure customer satisfaction• Back of the House(Cooks - Food Prep and Cook Line): Prepare food, follow recipes, cook fresh fries and hushpuppies, fry shrimp, and cook hot dogs• Clean tables, sweep/mop the floors, keep the dining room and restrooms clean and organized• Brew iced tea, fill beverage orders, keep the counter area clean and stocked
Requirements
• Ability to understand and follow instructions• Ability to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently• Good attitude, open mind, and Customer First mentality• Physical ability to stand/be active for long periods of time, reach above head, turn, twist, and reach repetitively• Clean tables, sweep/mop the floors, and keep the dining room and restrooms clean and organized• Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, follow proper cash handling procedures• Brew iced tea, fill beverage orders, and keep counter area clean and stocked• Deliver food orders to tables and bag up takeout orders according to company standards• Refill beverages and ensure guest satisfaction
