They are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their Los Angeles – Century City team as a Corporate Practice Assistant. This is a hybrid position and is onsite 3 days/week. This position plays a vital role in providing administrative support to a group of attorneys and helping associates navigate through the firm. The ideal candidate comes out of the legal space and has supported a minimum of 5 Attorneys at a time, juggling calendar management, documentation, expense reporting and other administrative support tasks. If this sounds like you, keep reading! Corporate Practice Assistant Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to 7+ Corporate Attorneys and legal professionals, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operationsAssist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings and conference calls, including across different time zones, with a high level of precision and efficiencyDraft, proofread and edit various legal documents, correspondence and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm standardsMaintain electronic and physical filing systems, organizing documents, records and client information in a meticulous and systematic mannerServe as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing communications effectively and providing timely responses as necessaryCoordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations and transportation, while adhering to firm policies and budget guidelinesCollaborate with team members and other administrative staff to support the successful execution of projects and initiatives within the global practice groupsAssist with special projects, research tasks and other administrative duties as assigned by supervising attorneys or managementCorporate Practice Assistant Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred3+ years of experience supporting 5+ Attorneys in a law practice, small or largeStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiencesExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work with accuracy and precisionProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applicationsAbility to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive informationMust be able to work on-site in Century City three days per week
