Job summary
The Coordinator, Technical Training is responsible for identifying training needs and developing training programsThey will collaborate with production management and trainers to ensure safety and qualityThe role involves designing, coordinating, and conducting training programs using various media

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and direct training and education activities for team members• Align training activities with site goals for safety, quality, and employee retention• Compile and publish training metrics• Create on-the-job training, skill assessments, and eLearning courses• Develop high-quality training materials and maintain them• Execute training sessions according to corporate standards• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions• Perform administrative training activities• Identify quality problems and process efficiency improvements• Collaborate with production trainers to address issues
Requirements
