SUMMARY Location: Inn of Naples Position Type: Non-Management
Bring your culinary skills and join our team, as a cook , where you can dazzle our guests with your high standards of quality through the presentation, preparation, and cooking abilities. This position may require flexible scheduling availability. Job Requirements:
- Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel
- Ensuring the kitchen remains well-stocked at all times
- Receiving food and beverage orders as needed
- Follow provided brand and IHM recipes when cooking food to serve guests
- Preparingand platingall food items on the menu
- Usinghot food preparation machines such asovens, stoves, and microwaves to cook or heat food
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage items
- Highly motivatedteam player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
