What You'll Do:
Imagine crafting, evaluating, and negotiating a diverse array of contracts, each covering unique transactions. As our Contracts Manager, you'll build and maintain relationships with our partners, serving as the go-to person for all contract-related matters. Your role will involve communicating with stakeholders, monitoring contracts, and ensuring seamless close-out, extension, or renewal processes. You'll lead efforts to identify and engage partners for cutting-edge technologies and products, negotiating agreements that meet technical, operational, and commercial requirements.
What We're Looking For:
We need someone with excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Negotiation prowess is key, as is the confidence to advocate for the best interests of the company. Financial acumen is essential for evaluating contract benefits. Ideally, you'll have over 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing, with a proven track record in supplier evaluation, cost modeling, and contract negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, broad experience in factory operations, quality management, engineering, logistics, and compliance would be beneficial. An advanced degree or MBA could also be advantageous.
