F5 Networks is looking for a Content and Speaker Program Manager to maintain the Executive Briefing Center content catalog and speaker database. This is an opportunity to work with subject matter experts across the organization and discover the stories that will inspire our customers with our technology, solutions, and vision.
Oversee the EBC content catalog to ensure there is robust collection of topics available to represent solutions across the organization
Drive a quarterly cadence with topic owners to update, build, or retire content.
Work with track owners to identify new, emerging topics to be added to catalog
Provide reports to track owners on content and speaker utilization and evaluation scores
Manage the content workflow, including topic proposal and approval; working with vendors on design and branding; speaker bench; and catalog launch
Work with topic owners to ensure the speaker database is updated and there is enough speaker capacity
Collaborate with marketing to use existing content
Collaborate with the Global Briefing Manager Lead and the Technology Lead to customize the CMS system for customer visits
Manage the CMS (when available) and content tagging process by applying attributes such as date created, intended audience, technical level, author, industry, etc.
Build EBC marketing collateral (brochures, fact sheets, blogs, external website content, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter, with a confirmed ability to prioritize multiple projects and details while working independently
Strong attention to detail, and an appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization, and tenacity
Must have sufficient experience to successfully navigate complex organizations
Able to get results absent formal authority or lines of accountability
Proven analytical skills, and able to tell a story using data
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel Pivot Tables and charts
Solid understanding of Cloud, Networking, Application Security concepts
Experience with content development process, good editorial skills
1+ years of relevant work experience
