Job Description:

Allstate is looking for a reliable and energetic Contact Center Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues- Documenting customer interactions accurately in the system- Providing information about products and services- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction- Adhering to company policies and procedures- Meeting and exceeding performance targets

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Reliable and energetic personality traits- Strong project management skills- Attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in MS Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent
