Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Contact Center Officer to join our team at PPL in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and timely manner.2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints, providing accurate information and resolving problems effectively.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management.7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
