Job Description:

CarMax is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Contact Center Associate based in Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time position that allows for the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
