Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hess is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in a remote, part-time role based in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, adaptable, and innovative, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries or issues- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information- Responding to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner- Updating customer records and information in the company database- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or manager- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
