Job Description Job Description: This "digital storyteller" uses their strong writing, editing, and communications management skills to celebrate Client's commitment to diversity and inclusion (D&I) and increase awareness of D&I initiatives across the globe. The scope is both internal, through the creation of articles, interviews with colleagues at all levels of the organization and other content delivered through the intranet, Yammer and multi-channel campaigns. And external, via content for and social media campaigns. Additionally, this position will project manage video content production in partnership with a professional video studio. This role will provide input to and help to deliver the global D&I and Americas communications plans, including communications support to help promote our evolving Employee Support Groups (ESG) such as the Client Women's Network and LGBT+ Network. This individual will build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal business partners, the regional D&I managers and communications colleagues around the globe. Job Requirements Additional details: The preferred individual will have an expertise in and a thorough appreciation of the nuances of Diversity & Inclusion communications (as well as a "personal passion" for D&I). This is a global role and the holder will be expected to liaise closely with internal and external communications, D&I and HR counterparts across the globe and key contacts based in the UK (i.e. global HR and comms leads for D&I). This is a full-time position based at Client's beautiful midtown-Atlanta office and includes free parking. Key competencies: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or a related field 5+ years experience in corporate communications, marketing or PR; global internal communications experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellence in project execution and time management skills; able to manage several projects and deliverables at one time while adhering to deadlines Strong relationship building skills Able to create presentations and talking points using PowerPoint for internal meetings Experience publishing to a SharePoint intranet using an online content management system, and email campaign management systems Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design and video editing skills a plus
