Commercial Project Manager

In this Alpha-to-Omega Role:
You'll be a champion for RC², cultivating new business opportunities and presenting our game-changing value proposition to potential clients.
You'll oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects, from meticulously monitoring design processes to crafting compelling project proposals.
Your expertise in contract administration will be instrumental in managing contractual obligations and ensuring timely payments.
As a master communicator, you'll bridge the gap between stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with project owners, subcontractors, and architectural/engineering teams.
You'll leverage your construction knowledge and problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges and ensure exceptional customer service.
Do You Fit the Bill?
Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Business/Marketing.
Possess at least 5 years of experience in the construction or modular construction industry.
Have a solid understanding of building codes. (Bonus points for CAD experience!)
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace the flexibility of working from the field, satellite offices, or even your home office (depending on project needs).
Are a natural leader with exceptional organizational and decision-making skills.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Possess a valid driver's license and are comfortable with travel across multiple states.
