Job Title: Traveling Foreman - Commercial Pool Construction

Currently, we are confidentially seeking a devoted Traveling Foreman to integrate into their team, offering invaluable site leadership for our commercial pool construction endeavors.
Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site leadership to construction crews and subcontractors.
* Interpret blueprints and plans to effectively execute construction activities.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and quality control.
* Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates.
* Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
* Train and mentor construction crew members.
Qualifications:
