You will be responsible for defining user experience for behavior change programs, mobile, and desktop software products: translating business requirements and user needs into interaction frameworks, scenarios, workflows, and wireframes. You will lead the creation of user interface mockups, prototypes, and documentation to support development teams. You engage team members in crafting a product vision within a larger domain and advocate for creating new value through passionate and compelling arguments. You will take a lead role for the design aspects of bringing software experiences to market as a part of a team of designers, researchers, engineers, product managers and strategists. You partner with research to set up usability tests, or create experiments to uncover solutions, and when relevant, guide external agencies in their work. At each stage, you will seek to discover people?s needs, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights. You use your knowledge and user data to create the best possible user experience and interaction design. You have a proactive and innovative mindset that allows you to create innovative and appropriate user experiences that solve our business? and customer needs. You are able to collaborate as part of a product development team to enable product teams to bring user experience to life through software development. You are responsible for Product concept: Conduct and lead analysis of user and stakeholder needs. Create frameworks and interaction concepts across domains. Define role of product within a broader ecosystem. Establish design principles and guide teams with clarity and accuracy.Information architecture: Create information architectures and workflows. Create functional designs for application screens (wireframes and prototypes).Interface & usability: Apply and define interface and interaction principles in conjunction with guidance from existing design language documentation. Define and apply usability principles specific to the contexts of use.Visualization: Crafting experiences, prototypes, and demos that together create a great experience in alignment with the brand and design language. Use appropriate skills (sketching, prototyping and specification) to define and communicate interaction concepts to marketing, software development, and customers.Technical: Identification of opportunities and constraints inherent in technology and platform decisions and ability to illuminate the impact of technology choices on user experience and product quality. To succeed, a candidate should demonstrate the following skills and experience You have a Bachelor degree in user experience design or related design studiesYou have 5 or more years of relevant work experience in consumer space, M-health or healthcare domainYou are passionate about the positive impact design can make for people and businessYou have a positive outlook, and a collaborative natureYou are creative, hardworking, flexible, and empatheticYou inspire others with what may be, and can see ideas through to fruition
