Job Description:
NRG Energy is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work position based in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.2. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively.3. Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and contract renewals.4. Provide technical support and guidance to clients using our products and services.5. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and increase customer satisfaction.6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.3. Critical thinking skills to analyze complex client issues and develop solutions.4. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities effectively.5. Ability to work independently and remotely, while still contributing to a team environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
