Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at R.R. Donnelley & Sons. This is a remote work position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US, offering part-time hours at a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Support Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Managing client relationships and addressing any concerns or feedback they may have- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and within budget- Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates- Analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Providing regular reports on client performance and progress towards goals- Training and mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality client support
