Client Service Associate ? Wealth Management
Our financial planning and wealth management firm is seeking a candidate to fill a full-time Client Service Associate position. The right person should have at least 3 years of experience working as a Client Service Associate/Administrative Associate in the wealth management, financial planning, and/or asset management business.
The Client Service Associate will be part of a team of six professionals. The focus of this role will be on providing personalized client service, administrative support to the Financial Advisor, and organizational support to the office. Our company is a client-first business and we pride ourselves on our warm, family atmosphere. A positive attitude and friendly personality is a must!
Primary Duties:
Assist with the processing of client service administration, such as wire transfers, journal entries, and ACH transfers.
Manage the client onboarding, account opening and asset transfer processes.
Prepare new client onboarding packages, including new account applications, financial profiling forms, account transfer forms, and financial applications.
Ensure that account opening and service requests are processed efficiently, while provide timely follow up to clients.
Assist advisor with pre-appointment preparation (reports, applications, paperwork, etc.).
Assist with client updates, reports and mailings.
Assist with preparation for seminars.
Assist with the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of the CRM system.
Answer the phone in a friendly, warm manner while managing incoming calls and resolving issues and tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in the wealth management and financial services business.
Ability to prioritize office responsibilities on a daily basis and manage their own time effectively.
Attention to detail and maintaining a high quality of work.
Proficient using computer technology (MS Office, Excel, etc).
Ability to multi-task, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines.
Industry and compliance knowledge.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm
Education: Associate/Bachelor
This position is full-time (8:30 am ? 5:00 pm) with some flexibility as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
